Shree Ramchandra Welfare Charitable Society (SRWCS) is a voluntary organisation with a team of businessmen, educationists, Engineers, Qualified Professionals, experts to encourage progressive changes in existing social setup. SRWCS is an action oriented institute working in rural, backward areas without any discrimination among cast, creed, community, religion and colour. The organisation has been working in the field of socio-economic development to give benefit of mankind especially for the economically and socially backward rural as well as semi-urban of the society.

Our main focus is on organising skill development program by involving the women and people of weaker sections into groups and federation; providing varies training, exposure and workshops on leadership, decision-making, free legal aid to develop them socially and economically, strengthening and improving the women involvement at all levels, gender, political involvement, economic generation activities etc.

SRWCS's believe that education is not just a basic right but the most powerful catalyst for economic growth and social transformation. To encourage them for technical and IT education is also important in the present scenario.

SRWCS was formed in the year 2014, but we are working since 2005 by promoting education and development in rural area by the groups of young, dynamic, experienced and educated individuals with a philanthropic bent of mind; SRWCS motivate to find innovative solutions to social issues in alignment with sustainable and inclusive growth and development to help the deprived section of the society.

SRWCS – working on core area of society i.e. health, education, employment, community welfare, agriculture and rural development and environmental sectors. It provides the support to improve the condition of rural poor and backward people by providing them free all round education, with food, uniforms, books and stationery, transportation, medical and employment assistance to backward and poor children of the Indian society.

Mission of the organization is to provide them a quality education, healthcare, employment, rural development, green environment, poverty alleviation, spiritual and humanitarian services.

We recognize education as the main tool that allow people to make good choices, resist oppression & claim their rights, besides opening new possibilities & opportunities for themselves. Everything that we do is focused on turning our beliefs into a reality. We have a complete education program as per the developmental age of children and socio-economic background under which they exist. The philosophy of our organization is based on the belief that each child deserves an equal opportunity for total development.
