SRWCS founded by Sh. Naveen Chauhan inspired by his mother and motivated by his father’s ( Late Shri RamChandra Singh) dream. Late Shri Ramchandra Singh who comes from rural background with his hard work and efforts, could achieved a reputed designation in CBI and retired as Senior Police officer. He was very dynamic energetic personality who has work at ground level. He was very supportive socialistic and forward thinking person, who wanted development of each section of the society. He always motivated the people around him and helped many people in securing good employment opportunities. He has worked actively in rural and backward area for their development in all aspect of life. He always encouraged adopting new technology and education. Each community people were used to feel comfortable with him in sharing their problem. All these things lead towards the establishment of SRWCS.

Co-founder of SRWCS, Late Harbans Singh Rao, who is NRI and highly qualified person with dynamic personality established in UK, one of the famous business personality globally in vast areas. Who feels pleasures in helping the needy persons.Who has supported many development programs and managed issues concerning health, education, children, youth, women, dysfunctional families, tree plantation, agriculture and rural development and civil society upliftment.

In continuation of the Organization's trend of working towards bringing in permanent CHANGE in Indian tribal and rural poor citizens lives, this group of founder and his friends are vowed with uncompromising resolution to introduce more such humanitarian causes (please refer our Future Projects) and maintain the pace of consistency in sustenance of all-round development of neglected and under privileged tribal and rural poor people and their families.

SRWCS's believe that education is not just a basic right but the most powerful catalyst for economic growth and social transformation. To encourage them for technical and IT education is also important in the present scenario.

SRWCS was formed in the year 2014, but we are working since 2005 by promoting education and development in rural area by the groups of young, dynamic, experienced and educated individuals with a philanthropic bent of mind; SRWCS motivate to find innovative solutions to social issues in alignment with sustainable and inclusive growth and development to help the deprived section of the society.

SRWCS – working on core area of society i.e. health, education, employment, community welfare, agriculture and rural development and environmental sectors. It provides the support to improve the condition of rural poor and backward people by providing them free all round education, with food, uniforms, books and stationery, transportation, medical and employment assistance to backward and poor children of the Indian society.

Mission of the organization is to provide them a quality education, healthcare, employment, rural development, green environment, poverty alleviation, spiritual and humanitarian services.

We recognize education as the main tool that allow people to make good choices, resist oppression & claim their rights, besides opening new possibilities & opportunities for themselves. Everything that we do is focused on turning our beliefs into a reality. We have a complete education program as per the developmental age of children and socio-economic background under which they exist.
